After graduating from the FBI academy where he studied criminal profiling and serial murders, he created the infamous “Doom Squad” led by Sgt. Jack Delaney.

For twenty-five years, Jim owned Centurion Information Association (CIA), a private investigative agency in San Diego where current cases provide fodder for more Delaney “Doom Squad” adventures.
